ROB LEVIN'S BIOGRAPHY

Rob currently works both as a solo practitioner, representing nonprofit organizations and landowners, and with Karin Marchetti Ponte of Land Conservation Legal Services, representing land trusts and local governments. 

        Rob graduated from Haverford College in 1996 and from New York University Law School in 2001.  After law school, he served for one year as a judicial clerk to Magistrate Judge John Facciola at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.  Rob was admitted to the Maine Bar in May 2002.

         Rob serves as a volunteer board member of Portland Trails and Friends School of Portland.

        On a personal note, Rob and his wife, Sarah Cushman, walked to Maine from Maryland in 2002 for their honeymoon.  He is an avid kayaker, hiker, and baseball fan.
