LAND CONSERVATION-RELATED CASE LAW

Under contract with the the Land Trust Alliance, in January 2006 I completed a comprehensive database of over 70 land conservation-related court opinions.  This database is available on LTANet, the password-protected website of the Land Trust Alliance.  For more information on how to access LTANet, visit www.lta.org/resources/infoaccess.htm.  I will be updating the database approximately every four months in 2006 and hopefully in future years.
